Fox Glove Parlor began with a friendship.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to living life out loud.

We found one another in graduate school — and in finding one another, we found a way of being we hadn't known before. With each other, we could be our best selves without performing, without earning our place. Who we were in any given moment, in all our complexity and messiness, was exactly who the other wanted us to be.

That was the seed. Over nearly twenty years of friendship, it blossomed into a deep inner knowing: that everything we need is already within us. The world reflected that truth back to us, and slowly we learned to act from that place not only with one another, but in every part of our lives and relationships.

We've come to believe that true self-actualization and growth do not happen in isolation. Again and again, we've experienced how people, when they gather in community, can access their deepest inner truth more readily.

That belief is why we created Fox Glove Parlor.

The name holds our purpose. A foxglove is a self-seeding flower; a parlor is a gathering place where people have long come to learn, share, and advocate. Together they say what we know to be true — that we best reconnect with ourselves in community.

We grow together.

So much of self-worth is arbitrarily tied productivity. Fox Glove Parlor is a space to set that down: to find ease without performance, and joy without external affirmation. It is a place to reconnect with the inner security you were born with, so that you can fully step into your power.

We offer workshops, retreats, events, and more intensive one-on-one integration work — both virtually and in person .
